The 30,478 square foot former Williston West Church was acquired as part of a strategy to preserve places of historical and national significance. The redevelopment will preserve the architectural integrity of two buildings of national significance within the United States of America, as they are both currently on the National Register of Historic Places.

The redevelopment will include a mixed-use concept of 2800 square foot of office/commercial space on the first floor with five bedroom luxury apartment units on the first, second and third floors of the parish house building.

The approved redevelopment has taken advantage of the impressive architectural details currently in place, namely the combination of the Queens Anne style and domestic Gothic architecture featured in the two buildings. The church architecture has always been emphasized by a strong tower balanced by two main entrances and by the use of distinct materials and ornamentation.
